The only thing I can surmise from other schools' comments


He is a strong recruiter but a very poor position coach or coordinator (downgrades the next year after each stint as coordinator). Hence, he is leaving ahead of his unit getting poor grades and resulting in some work sanction. This also runs the risk that these players will transfer out when he jumps ship. The people that post negative comments seem to be aware of negative interpersonal relationships on his part.
